Homs Burns

Syrian government forces has step up the attacks on the city of Homs in its already two week long siege of the city.  It's target? The members of the Syrian rebel movement hiding there.  Yesterday the death toll in the cuty has risen to fifty (50) dead including two children and scores injured.


The Prime Minister of the Turkish government has said in a statement earlier this week that "a Future cannot be build on the blood of an oppressed people otherwise history will remember such leaders as those feeding on blood. Assad you are on your way to opening that page, those who are cursed for cruelty and oppression will pay the price sooner or later."  Videos posted on the internet, some showing disturbing footage of the massacring of civilians, has drawn mixed comments from the world public ranging from pleas to the world and Pres. Bahir Al-Assad to "stop this madness" to that of blatant hate speach from people such as this comment from ven2one on YouTube saying "kill em all .start fresh no one to be alive arab dogs."
